Insects are a pre-ordered item and must be picked up on the delivery day. Failure to pickup within 48hrs will result in the order being sold to prevent spoilage.

Bug orders arrives bi-weekly. Any backorders will be refunded, or a credit can be applied for the next order delivery.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for orders that are not picked up.
