CO2 Indicator Solution is for use with the Seachem Glass pH Checker. Indicator solution changes colour according to changes in the pH of the aquarium. This is an easy and effective way to check for CO2.
Directions for Replacing the CO2 Indicator Solution Holding the funnel side of pH Checker upward, fill the small bulb with 20 drops of indicator solution. Slowly turn the funnel side down avoiding any spillage of the solution. Insert pH Checker into aquarium funnel side down, trapping air in the funnel. Attach the pH Checker in aquarium at the furthest point from any diffuser. The colour of the indicator solution will change yellow to green to blue according to the pH of the water. A yellow color indicates lower pH/more CO2. A blue color indicates higher pH/less CO2.

Seachem De*Nitrate is a top-of-the-line filter media designed specifically to provide additional support to the biological filtration process. The media itself is an economical, natural, porous material sporting a pore distribution, shape and large surface area that encourages beneficial anaerobic nitrification within the first few millimetres of depth and anaerobic denitrification at the core. Additionally, the media helps to remove harmful nitrates, nitrites, ammonia and organics that can cause harm or even kill your aquatic inhabitants.
Live rocks or reef rocks remove nitrate by anaerobic denitrification and Seachem De*Nitrate removes nitrate using the same process, except the efficiency of this process is magnified several folds by directing the water to filter through the porous filter media. Due to this process, excessive flow rates should be avoided, as they may impede the development of an adequate anaerobic environment to support denitrifying bacteria and as is the case with reef rock, anaerobic conditions are achieved by the porosity and the depletion of oxygen by the aerobic process at the surface.
De*Nitrate is an exceptional media for aerobic nitrification as well, making it an ideal biological filter in drip trays, canister filters, sumps or even box filters. As mentioned earlier, it is important to note that at high flow rates (greater than 100 GPH), it will function solely as an aerobic filter and at slow flow rates (less than 50 GPH), it will function as both an aerobic filter and an anaerobic denitrifying filter. Suitable for use in both freshwater and saltwater environments.
The Seachem DuoPad is a professional quality dual surface, non-scratch algae pad for glass and acrylic aquariums. One side is made with melamine foam, which utilizes micro abrasive technology to effortlessly remove algae from the sides of your aquarium. Melamine foam is an incredibly abrasive cleaner with a microstructure that is as hard as glass, but the open cell structure keeps it flexible, allowing the pad to efficiently remove caked on algae from minuscule surface scratches on the aquarium walls.
The second side is textured and durable, making it perfect for scrubbing even the rougher grooves of rocks and driftwood clean. Chemically inert and made without the use of soaps or detergents, Seachem's DuoPad will not leave any negative impact on your aquarium. The white colour makes spotting leftover algae simple, allowing you to keep scrubbing until an area is fully clean.
Seachem Equilibrium is a top-of-the-line water additive that has been designed specifically to establish the ideal mineral content for sensitive freshwater planted aquariums. Unlike many of the competing products on the market, this solution contains no sodium or chloride (both of which can be detrimental to the sensitive parameters of planted aquariums at elevated levels).
Seachem Equilibrium is well suited for use with RO (reverse osmosis) or DI (deionized) water as well as any mineral deficient water in addition to raising the essential mineral/electrolyte content (General Hardness) of the water to both balances and promotes the overall stability of the carbonate hardness within the water column.
Ideal for saltwater or fresh water, this durable high-quality net is perfect for safe and fast fish catching. Fine mesh design perfect for delicate aquatic life. Features a sturdy plastic coated handle for protection from rust.

All of these processes contribute to healthy, long lasting aquatic plants. For the best results, Seachem Flourish Advance should be used on a regular basis to ensure that plants are properly absorbing the wide variety essential nutrients inside of the aquarium. After approximately 10-14 days of steady use, root growth will begin beneath the surface of the substrate, followed by significantly enhanced development on both leaves and stems. It is completely safe for fish and invertebrates.
Struggling with your aquatic hardscape designs? Well Seachem Flourish Epoxy is a powerful epoxy adhesive that helps safely and securely create planted aquarium hardscape designs out of materials such as rocks and driftwood. Simply balancing large piles of rocks in the aquarium can result in these structures collapsing and damaging your aquarium or worse, harming your fish. Completely safe for even the most sensitive aquarium inhabitants.
All plants require a source of carbon and Flourish Excel is a simple source of readily available organic carbon that directly benefits the growth and overall development of a wide variety of aquatic plants. Typically carbon comes from CO2, but it can also be derived from simple organic compounds such as photosynthetic intermediates, which are found in this formula.
Now, this isn't to say that using one would negate the other efficacy, on the contrary! Due to the fact that processes surrounding the production and development of photosynthetic intermediates occur simultaneously, aquarists are able to achieve substantial benefits when using both Seachem Flourish Excel in addition to in-tank CO2 injections. The combination of these two carbon-based additives is well suited for situations when continuing to add CO2 could result in dangerously low pH levels within the aquarium. Additionally, the solution has efficient iron reducing properties which promote the ferrous state of iron (Fe+2), which is more easily utilized by aquatic plants than ferric iron (Fe+3).
CO2 is needed to produce longer chain carbon compounds known as photosynthetic intermediates that contain compounds such as ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate, and 2-carboxy-3-keto-D-arabinitol 1,5 bisphosphate. In layman's terms, Seachem Flourish Excel does not contain these exact compounds, but ones that are quite similar, allowing you to bypass the involvement of CO2 by introducing already finished, structurally similar compounds to the benefit of your delicate aquatic plants.
