I want XYZ, but I can't find it on your website or you're out of stock. Can I special order it?
Absolutely! If you can't find an item on our website or it's currently out of stock, we'd be happy to special order it for you at no extra charge. Simply let us know the brand, product, size, colour, or model you're looking for, and we'll confirm pricing and availability. Once approved, we'll add it to our next regular supplier order.

I'm shopping at another pet store or moving to the Saint John area. Can I transfer my Frequent Buyer progress to Summit Pets?
Switching to Summit Pets? We'd love to have you! Any active frequent buyer rewards you've earned elsewhere are yours to keep. Simply bring us a recent receipt, your paper frequent buyer card, or a screenshot of your current rewards, and we'll transfer your progress into our system so you can pick up right where you left off.
Do you carry Purina, Royal Canin, Hill's or other grocery brands at your store?
No. Prescription veterinary diets are only available through veterinary clinics, so we are unable to carry those products. However, we do carry and recommend SquarePet as an alternative to "prescription" diets, but with quality ingredients!
We also choose not to stock the regular retail formulas from Royal Canin, Purina, or Hill's because they do not align with our mission of offering premium nutrition and the high-quality pet foods we believe provide the best value for our customers and their pets.
