Quarantine & Treatment
All of our livestock are quarantined and treated upon arrival, regardless of where they come from. Farm-raised, captive-bred, locally bred, supplier-sourced, and internationally imported fish all follow the same health and treatment protocols.
Fish are held for a minimum of 24 hours before being offered for sale while bacterial and deworming treatments continue. Fish that remain in our care for 30 days complete our full quarantine period.
24-Hour Guarantee - In Store
Our 24-Hour In-Store Livestock Guarantee covers eligible fish purchases for 24 hours after purchase. To make a claim, please bring in the deceased fish along with a sufficient water sample in a separate container. If the water tests within acceptable parameters, the fish may be replaced with another fish of equal or lesser value.
